Losing weight isn't just a walk in the park neither a way to torture yourself. There are ways to enjoy while you lose weight. I don't rely on taking diet pills, I like to lose weight in the natural way. They say it's better to enjoy the things that you work hard for, that's why the moment you feel that you have lose weight you'll feel that you have accomplished something. Here are some tips that I want to share to help you lose weight.1. Do some daily exercise - You can do some early morning walk or hit the gym and do some 2 hours workout. You may want to have a schedule checklist to see if your lacking or skipping some days to exercise.
2. Don't skip breakfast - breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To start your day right you must eat a healthy breakfast consisting of carbohydrate and protein. Eating breakfast prevents you from over hunger so won't pig out when it lunch time.
3. Have some snacks - having only 3 meals a day wont satisfy your body and get yourself even more hungry, at least eat some in between snacks. Snacks shouldn't be consisting of junk food think smart, have some snack that are low in calories such as cracker, a slice of fruit and nuts. This is only to satisfy your craving by not adding much calorie in your body.
4. Record your progression - Get or buy a notebook record what you eat, how many hours you've been exercising, how many calories you've burn, and your weight, do this daily to see if you have been losing weight. Also can serve as an inspiration that you have accomplish in losing weight.
5. Focus on your food - most of us eat when were watching TV, texting, surfing the web, listenning to music and other more distractions. Some study say that you get more calories when your distracted while eating your food. Distracting activity during a meal can make you eat to much. So just focus on eating meal, savor each bite you taken and enjoy your meal.
6. Watch out for food that have high calories - your body tends to burn calories the natural way and if you add some exercise you burn more calories but if you eat foods with high calories, the calories that you've burn will just go to waste. Balanced your diet eat some low caloric food so you won't add to much calories in your body.
7. Keep yourself motivated - think of some motivation that can help you in losing weight. Example think of your favorite actor/actress visualize yourself that you have the same body sexy or masculine.
8. Psyche your self up - look at the mirror when your tempted to eat your favorite food or you have cravings for food with high calorie and say that I will get fat if I even think about eating that food.
9. Support - your family and friends are the one who can give added inspiration and support on what you do. They are the ones that will give you advice and are the one that care for you.
